The Viltrox Image Awards 2024 Global Photo Contest invites all Viltrox Lens Users worldwide to showcase their talent and creativity. 3. photo channel rules

1.All entries must be shot with Viltrox Lenses in order to be eligible to be shortlisted for the award. If it is found that the requirements are not met, the entry will be disqualified from the award.


2.The entry should indicate the title, shooting location, time, description of the work (optional), specific model of Viltrox lens and other basic information.


3.There are no restrictions on the age and occupation of the contestants.


4.The photos must be taken by the contestants themselves, with independent copyright, no restrictions on black and white or color.


5.The author can make post-production adjustments to the work that do not change the original appearance of the photos (including stacking, HDR, and stitching using the same sequence of photos), but cannot modify the content of the photos, and cannot add or subtract original images, composite images, etc.


6.The uploaded photos indicate the model of Viltrox lens used, and retain the EXIF information of the photos. If the photos are not marked in full, the photo is not eligible for the competition, and the entrants need to re-upload your photos and mark it completely.


7.Contestants publish their photos for the competition, that is, by default, the sponsor is allowed to carry out signed promotion and use related to the event.


8. Contestants can submit submissions in at most 2 categories based on the subject of the photo.1-2 entries in JPG Format without watermarks, a single photo file does not exceed 20M.All works must retain the original EXIF information, as well as the original image, if it occurs due to intellectual property rights such as copyright Disputes, unable to provide original documents to prove, the competition organizing committee has the right to cancel the qualification of the award;


9. Please sure your uploaded photos contain EXIF information. If the works without EXIF information are shortlisted, the author needs to provide the original image of the work and the certificate of holding the Viltrox lens. If the original image cannot be provided, the award will be disqualified.

The Competition is free to enter.It is free to all Viltrox lens users
1. Entry is limited to original works for which the entrant holds all applicable rights.


2.Only one video may be submitted.and all original footage must be shot with Viltrox lenses, otherwise the submission will be deemed invalid.


3.The length of the submitted video should be 2-10 minutes, the resolution should be above 1080P.File format: only MOV or MP4 will be accepted ,and the original material should be retained for subsequent review.


4.When submitting works, you must fill in the registration form and then send the works to the designated email address (marketing03@viltrox.com).


5.Entries and the persons depicted therein are restricted to works for which the entrant holds the copyright or for which the entrant has received the prior usage permission of the right holder.


6.Before submitting a work, the entrant is responsible for taking all steps necessary to protect the right of publicity and other rights of persons depicted in the work, including but not limited to obtaining their permission, to avoid any problems related to the infringement of these rights.

7. submission deadline:

Entries should be submitted by 23:59 (UTC+8), March 31, 2025. After the final submission deadline, you will not be able to upload, change or delete your entries to ensure fairness in the competition.

8. judging rules:

After the submission deadline, the organizing committee and Viltrox photographer team will select outstanding entries to advance to the final round.
The Jury team will then conduct the final evaluation and choose the award winners.

9. disclaimer:

By submitting an entry, the entrant agrees that if the entry wins any award in the competition, it grants the organizer permission to use the entry for commercial distribution, and the entrant retains all rights to the entry.

Responsibility
1. Although entries are handled with the greatest possible care, the organizer will not bear responsibility for accidents, damage, loss, or other problems that occur during data transfer.


2. The organizer will not bear responsibility for entrant damages, etc. arising from or related to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to network failure, computer viruses, or unauthorized access to its servers.


3. The organizer will not bear responsibility for damages or other harm suffered by entrants as a result of their participation in the contest.


4. Entrants are required to obtain the prior permission of the persons who are portrayed in their works or who hold the copyright or other intellectual property rights to the works or the items portrayed therein. Entrants also agree to fully indemnify the organizer and bear all responsibility for any complaints or objections that arise in relation to the above.


5. Entrants agree to fully indemnify the organizer and bear all responsibility for any third-party complaints or objections concerning copyright or other intellectualproperty-right infringement or damages arising from submitted works.


6. If there is a problem related to the similarity of a submitted work to an existing work, etc., the parties involved are responsible for the resolution of that problem. Entrants also agree to fully indemnify the organizer and bear all responsibility for any complaints or objections that arise in relation to the above.


7. The above limitations also apply to the responsibilities borne by the organizer as well as the judges and third parties participating in the contest in cooperation with the organizer.
