1. Promotion Period

November 5–18, 2026.

2. Eligibility

  • Both new and existing Viltrox subscribers are welcome to participate.

  • Each email address is eligible for one spin only.

  • A valid email address is required to participate and claim rewards.

3. Email Verification & Accuracy

  • Participants must complete email verification to claim their prizes.

  • All prizes and discount codes are permanently linked to the email address entered during the spin.

  • The registered email address cannot be changed, corrected, or transferred after the spin.

  • Discount codes can only be redeemed using the same email address at checkout.

  • Please carefully verify your email address before spinning. If an incorrect email address is entered, the resulting prize will be invalid and cannot be reissued.

4. Spin & Win Prizes

Participants have a chance to win one of the following rewards:

  • $5 OFF Coupon

  • $10 OFF Coupon

  • $15 OFF Coupon

  • $20 OFF Coupon

  • 8K HDMI Cable

  • Viltrox Lens Cleaning Cloth Box

  • Viltrox Z1+ Limited Edition Flash

Physical prizes are available in limited quantities.

5. Physical Gift Redemption

Physical gifts, including the 8K HDMI Cable, Lens Cleaning Cloth Box, and Z1+ Limited Edition Flash, require the purchase of at least one additional product from the Viltrox official store.

  • Physical gifts cannot be redeemed or shipped separately without a qualifying purchase.

  • The purchased product must be separate from the awarded gift.

  • Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

  • Limited-edition Z1+ flash colors are assigned at random and cannot be selected or exchanged.

6. Coupon Redemption

  • Discount codes are valid only for the email address used during the spin.

  • Each coupon may be redeemed once by the eligible customer.

  • Coupons are subject to their specified validity periods, eligible products, and applicable purchase requirements.

  • Coupons cannot be transferred to another email address.

  • Coupons cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

7. Extra Subscriber Giveaway – 3 Free Lenses

As an additional Black Friday reward, Viltrox will randomly select 3 lucky winners from eligible email subscribers after the Spin & Win promotion ends.

Giveaway Prizes:

  • 2 × Viltrox AF 26mm F2.8 EVO Lenses

  • 1 × Viltrox AF 35mm F1.4 Pro Lens

Giveaway Conditions:

  • Participants must have a valid, verified email address and an active email subscription to be eligible.

  • Eligible subscribers will be entered into the additional giveaway without requiring another spin.

  • The 3 winners will be randomly selected after November 18, 2026.

  • Winners will be notified via their registered email addresses.

  • The additional lens prizes are free and do not require a purchase.

  • Each winner may receive only one lens from this additional giveaway.

  • Lens mounts and available variants are subject to confirmation and availability.

8. Prize Claiming

  • Winners must follow the redemption instructions provided after the spin or via email.

  • Failure to complete email verification or meet the applicable redemption requirements may result in prize forfeiture.

  • Prizes and discount codes cannot be transferred to another person or email address.

9. Duplicate & Fraudulent Entries

Only one spin is permitted per email address. Viltrox reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive entries.

10. General Conditions

All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Viltrox reserves the right to verify eligibility and administer the promotion in accordance with applicable laws.
