Working firmware version

I have found the 2.26 firmware version on the EF-FX2 to work fine on newer bodies - including the X-T5. I don't think Viltrox is offering any kind of support (and seems to have made sure that the older pages that include links to functioning firmware are not available anywhere). The newer firmware versions do not AF properly, but have corrected EXIF information. Of course, proper AF is more important than accurate EXIF info.

I have the one with the black/plastic mount and no aperture ring. I have yet to find a usb/usbc cable that will make the lens show up on any of my computers to update the firmware. Any help?

Firmware hell

I had to go back to firmware version 2.14 to find a minimally useful auto focus build. That is 7 versions back! And it still is very hit or miss. Using with Fuji X-S10.
