Works really well

Although the adapter did not work at all with the Leica CL, it worked superbly with the SL2, including with a persnickety vintage EF 50mm f/1.0L, a poor man’s noctilux.

Works very well on the Leica SL2-S!

Bought this to attach the Canon EF 100-400mm on to a Leica SL2-S. It worked! AF not as 100% as native but it worked 'very well' -- even in the 'O' position! I wish there is a list somewhere showing what lens are the 'O' lens. BTW, lens that are not 'O' means they should work with the 'A' setting.

It works amazingly well on my new Panasonic Lumix S9 with all of my old Canon L lenses!

It's my very first Viltrox product and I have heard most adaptors have one or many issues with automatic focusing across different brands and systems, but amazingly, this particular adaptor works perfectly between all of my old Canon L lenses on my brand new Panasonic Lumix S9, so I don't really have to look to purchase any Panasonic Lumix lenses for a long time... what a super deal! Here's a list of lenses I have tried: 10mm fisheye, 50mm 1.4, 16-35mm, 24-105mm, 70-200mm, 100mm macro, now the cheaper EF-S lenses did not work as well, so If you had a collection of higher quality lenses for your older Canon 5D and they should work perfectly as if they are made for the new Panasonic S9, I hope Viltrox has another adaptor for the Nikon EF-Z because that will be thousands saved on buying new lenses again on another new system. Thanks again Viltrox, truly amazing product!
